Unipress Corporation herein referred to as Unipress, warrants to the original purchaser, that all new equipment manufactured by Unipress will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year, (12 months) from the date of start up, not to exceed one and one half years, (18 months) from the date of shipment from Unipress, whichever occurs first. The circuit boards and metal fabrications are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of five years (60 months) from the date of shipment. This warranty is effective on machines manufactured after January 1, 2005. Under this warranty we will, at our option, on receipt of written notice, repair or replace any defective parts or components, F.O.B. point of shipment, provided the equipment has been maintained and operated in accordance with good industry practices and has complied with all recommendations detailed in the owners manual. The customer must return to our office, freight prepaid, the replaced part within forty five (45) days for our inspection. Credit for replaced or repaired parts or components will take place upon completion of inspection, and credit is warranted. This warranty shall be invalid in the case of misuse or negligence of the equipment and does not include any labor or other related costs including but not limited to shipping, handling, etc. Unipress shall not be liable for any damages, expenses, losses, delays or labor performed resulting from the failure. Expendable parts including but not limited to covers, padding, hoses, springs, rubber parts, etc are not covered under this warranty. Parts which are not of our own manufacture carry the original manufacturer’s warranty Unipress reserves the right to improve, modify, or change the design of any piece of equipment without being held liable for making said improvement, modification, or change on any piece of previously sold equipment. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, and no other person or entity is authorized to make warranties in respect to Unipress equipment.
